ORDERS 

Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of dispatch. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Against The Grain Furniture Ltd to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All cardholders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Against The Grain Furniture Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order however if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS 

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

PROMOTIONAL CODES DISCLAIMER 

Promotional codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase and media codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as free p&p, discount offers, products reduced in price, sample sale or seasonal sale.

SALES DISCLAIMER 

During Clearance Sales, stock levels are very low. We update the web site regularly but if a product sells out before an update is made, our office will notify you within 3 working days and either backorder/fulfil the order or refund the card.

LEGAL STATEMENT

Against The Grain Furniture Ltd total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Against The Grain Furniture Ltd to the customer. Against The Grain Furniture Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Against The Grain Furniture Ltd cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
